I made a purchase on your site this past spring, and haven't since. Then I started purchasing the same products you offer, from another vendor. I wasn't pleased with the untimely fashion that I received my orders, nor did I receive any type of updates as to when I would receive them. I realized that YOUR service was far superior, and I regret using another's. There is a certain satisfaction when a customer is notified of an order status. Even with my previous purchase, you worked with me on a product that was discontinued. Giving me the option of choosing another product of equal or lesser value, or a refund, was terrific. I will return to shopping with you starting with an X-mas order very soon. I know I can count on outstanding service from you again.

I'm so excited! I just received my Christmas presents my husband and children ordered from your website. I must say that I am very impressed. I received the "couple" snow globe/music box and it is adorable! I also received the heart pendant necklace and the watch set. I am very pleased with the quality of all of my gifts and my husband is pleased with them as well. We are always nervous about making purchases on-line, but we were impressed with the quality of our products. We will be sure to recommend this site to our friends and family and will be sure to shop with you again. Happy Holidays!
