I'm so excited! I just received my Christmas presents my husband and children ordered from your website. I must say that I am very impressed. I received the "couple" snow globe/music box and it is adorable! I also received the heart pendant necklace and the watch set. I am very pleased with the quality of all of my gifts and my husband is pleased with them as well. We are always nervous about making purchases on-line, but we were impressed with the quality of our products. I made a purchase on your site this past spring, and haven't since. Then I started purchasing the same products you offer, from another vendor. I wasn't pleased with the untimely fashion that I received my orders, nor did I receive any type of updates as to when I would receive them. I realized that YOUR service was far superior, and I regret using another's. There is a certain satisfaction when a customer is notified of an order status. Even with my previous purchase, you worked with me on a product that was discontinued. Giving me the option of choosing another product of equal or lesser value, or a refund, was terrific. I will return to shopping with you starting with an X-mas order very soon. I know I can count on outstanding service from you again.
